Return Policy

We guarantee our products to be of the best quality, however, in case of damages or wrong product shipped we offer the following terms:

  1. If the delivered item is clearly damage we can replace or refund the item. (Supported, pictures of the damage, picture of the sticker label and picture of the plastic pouch is provided. However, this is still subject for assessment)
  2. If the delivered item is wrong but not damaged, we may offer 50% refund of the product price and the customer can keep the product. If in case the customer does not agree, the customer is free to return the item and we will send a new item which corresponds to the order of the customer.

We can refund through Gcash, BDO or any bank account.

Refund Procedures can take 1-3 days to process
